The best part of American idol, besides anytime that Paula speaks because you know you’re gonna get something drugged up and incoherent, the audition process has lost one of it’s greats. Alexis Cohen, 25-year-old former two-time “American Idol” contestant has been struck and killed by a car in a New Jersey shore town.

Deputy Chief Michael Mohel of the Ocean County Prosecutors Office says an autopsy indicated she suffered chest, head and abdominal injuries, which led them to believe that she was struck by a vehicle. Mohel says investigators are seeking more information about the collision. Cohen auditioned in Philadelphia for the popular Fox singing competition in August 2007, and the episode was aired in January 2008. She tried out again during the show’s eighth season.

This is pretty sad. My favorite part of American Idol is when you get the crazies in the beginning that know they’re stars. Alexis was a bit different though, yes she knew she was very talented, but she was an old cat lady in the making and it’s sad to see her go. I’ve included one of her audition segments from Idol, and yes during the video Simon Cowell says she looks like William Defoe , yes it was funny and slightly true,so enjoy because she would’ve wanted us to laugh…..tokes go out to her family and her pets…

p>Here’s the new single from Jay-Z titled “Run This Town” which i actually like…..I was kinda over Jay after he did that CD for the American Gangster movie..i wasn’t felling it and it just was kinda corny. Adding my sexy alien princess Rihanna and Kanye is a really good touch and it makes his usual solo borefest a bit more modern and alive. Do you like the new song from Jay???

Its about time we got a show dedicated to the amazing substance we know as cannabis. Cannabis Planet is a weekly, 30 minute television program that will explore the merits of Cannabis as a Medicine, Industrial Resource, Agricultural Crop and more. Collective Profiles, Grow Tips with Ed Rosenthal, Cannabis Cooking, news and information.

The show premieres Saturday, August 1st at Midnight on KDOC TV, Los Angeles and will air every Saturday at Midnight. and Wednesdays at 12:30 am. Unfortunately I believe that it will only be broadcast in the Los Angeles area, but we have this fuckin sweet alien technology called the internet where mostly everything is available and i’m sure this will be too. Geroge Lucas has found another way to make more moeny and at the same time open a film series to a generation that may have not been able to enjoy it by bringing “Star Wars: In Concert” to life. “Star Wars: In Concert” is described as a multi-media event that features music from all six of the movie scores written by John Williams and teams them with footage from the movies in a venture backed by “Star Wars” creator George Lucas.

“We’ve taken the key themes from the music and cut together all the images that fit with each theme, so you can really get a sense of how the music played into the images,” Lucas said in a statement. “The whole soundtrack is a testament to John Williams’ creativity and his extraordinary ability to enhance the emotional aspects of the films,” he said.

The tour will start in Anaheim, California on Oct 1 and play about 40 dates in the United States and Canada before the end of 2009. I have a hard time staying awake during very long movies…partially because indicas makes you sleepy, and because I have the attention span of Rush Limbaugh on a 2 pill day, but I’m fucking pumped for this and will definately be amongst my fellow nerds when this his my local ampitheatre. Will you go see the Star Wars concert???

Some of you might have seen this video before but for those of you who haven’t you’re in for quite an experience. I discovered Cybil one late night during my insomniac period not too far back but it’s from the show “LAPD: Life on the Beat”. I decided to give Cybil the creeper of the moment award because she looks like a Star Jones and Eddie Murphy love child. Yes I know the name of the show just kills it, but most of the calls that the usually boring cops would go on are nothing short of roll on the floor fucking hilarious and this one certainly is as well. Cybil has the greatest crazy eyes and biggest dollar store glasses on that i’ve ever seen, but she does it all for the love of her Tupac and cheap $o.50 beer. I won’t wast more time telling you about it just watch and laugh and toke…oh and share…DAMN WHO I LIVE WIT

Katie Holmes completely tried her human best, but the remnants of alien being left inside her (according to crazy scientology that she follows) did manage to gather together sequences and make that shit look like she was dancing. We’re pretty much over the Cruise clan, apart from Cris Klein’s daughter Suri, and any point in time where Tom Cruise decides that it’s a good idea to go on the Today show and talk about prescription meds, because you know he’s bound to call someone glib or summon zenu to the ABC set….If you don’t mind desperate hungry hippo like dancing and heidi montag like singing for attention, don’t watch…but otherwise enjoy with some special green on hand

WTF is Lindsay Lohan doing back in Colorado? is the first though that popped in my head when I heard this….and then I realized that she’s been in LA chasing a boyish looking lesbian for quite sometime, so the story of a lifetime isn’t here yet. A grand jury indicted a surgery technician infected with hepatitis C on several charges Thursday, alleging she stole syringes with painkillers and replaced them with needles she had used. Prosecutors allege that at least 19 people contracted the disease as a result.

26 year old Kristine Diane Parker is responsible for directly infecting the 19 people through the shared use of her dirty needles. Officials say up to 6,000 patients at Denver’s Rose Medical Center and Audubon Surgery Center in Colorado Springs where Parker worked may have been exposed to the disease. Calls to spokesmen at both hospitals were not immediately returned. Parker also worked at hospitals in Mount Kisco, N.Y., and Houston. Health officials in those states have launched investigations. In a recent interview with police Parker has said that she didn’yt have health insurance to treat her nasty std disease and she was also unclear abot her diagnosis. State Health officials say that they are working with the CDC to trace the disease, but we think they should have Paris Hilton on the ob, becase her body seeks out and welcomes stds, almost like her snatch acts as a rest-stop for hep c, the herp, and the like…

This is really crazy that this surgery tech who works in close quarters with the ill, thinks she can fuck around and give possibly 6000 people her scheevy diseases…Lock her upand scrub her down please..barf..and that mugshot, she kinda looks like a young Dina Lohan

In a month where we lost Infommercial icon Billy Mays, the commercial industry mourns another loss today, the Taco Bell chihuahua Gidget had to be euthanized yesterday after suffering a massive stroke late Tuesday in her trainers home in Santa Clarita, she was 15 years old. Gidget appeared as the mascot in the Taco Bell commercials from 1997-2000 and was the only dog used to film the quote “Yo quiero Taco Bell”. Gidget also was featured in “Legally Blonde 2″ A few tokes in memory of Gidget. I think I’ll go get a crunchy taco today and yell something crazy at the drive-thru person then when they ask me what i’ve said, i’ll tell them that it was Gidget the taco bell dog using me as a conduit and he wants you to slip a carmel apple empanada in the bag for him…but i’m not so sure it will work…

I know that people say some smokers are paranoid consporacy theroists but, cloining from mouse skin cells might possibly be alien technology and its a bit too advamced for my mind to fathom and not just because mice always make me think the movie the witches, and that movie creeps the fuck outta me……In the new studies, the Chinese researchers wanted to see whether reprogrammed skin cells really have as much potential as embryonic stem cells. They reasoned that if those reprogrammed skin cells could give rise to baby mice, that would be a favorable sign.

The findings show the potential of skin cells that are reprogrammed to act like embryonic stem cells, note the researchers. Here’s how the scientis performed the cloining:

First, the scientists took skin cells from mouse embryos and reprogrammed those skin cells to act like embryonic stem cells. Those reprogrammed cells are called induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).Separately, the scientists fused two early-stage mouse embryos together, when each embryo only consisted of one or two cells. The resulting embryo couldn’t develop on its own.The researchers then inserted the iPSCs into that embryo and placed it into a surrogate mouse mother.That technique led to the birth of 27 mice for one team of Chinese scientists, which has now had hundreds of baby mice born from that first generation of mice. That shows that the iPSCs were “pluripotent,” or similar in their potential to embryonic stem cells.

That is some crazy jetson type shit but I love it….i think i’ll consider being cryogenically frozen or something, I haven’t yet gotten the chance to be a Somalian pirate for a day and in another lifetime sounds like the perfect time to do it, ut i’m on cloud nine right now so i’ll give it so more consideration at a better time
