Seth Rogen calls Katherine Heigl a hypocrite

“Funny People” star Seth Rogen called Katherine Heigl a hypocrite for calling their movie “Knocked Up” sexist. In an interview Heigl did for the January 2008 issue of Vanity Fair she says she found Judd Apatow’s movie was a little sexist because it painted the women as shrews. During an interview with Howard Stern, Seth Rogen sarcastically had the following to say about Katherine Heigl&’s new comedy “The Ugly Truth”, “That movie looks like it really puts women on a pedestal in a beautiful way”. Judd Apatow then added to Seth’s comment by saying, “I hear there’s a scene where she’s wearing underwear with a vibrator in it, so I’d have to see if that was uplifting for women.” The two men said they were surprised by Heigl’s comments because they did’t have any issues during production. Apatow said she couldn’t have been cooler and Seth was confused because he states she improved half her scenes. Though Seth Rogen and Judd Apatow are still irritated by Heigl’s comments, Rogen said he doesn’t take them personally. “I’ve got to say it’s not like we’re the only people she said some batsh– crazy things about,” he said. “That’s kind of her bag now.” I think Katherine Heigl herself has been portraying women in an extremley sexist, irritating, bitchy, and fame hungry way for so long that she doesn’t understand what could be wrong about her remarks. Katherine smoke a blunt, and for once since getting a role on Grey’s Anatomy, stop talking shit about people you’ve worked with.

BTW, Katherine Heigl smokes electronic cigarette

New “Alice in Wonderland” pics

Yes they are here, new images from Tim Burton’s next film “Alice in Wonderland” starring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, and the always funny Anne Hathaway as the White Queen. While I’m excited to see Anne Hathaway in another film I honestly thought Johnny Depp couldn’t get any more pedophile like strange looking than his character in “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” but I was wrong. Now this film isn’t going to be released until March 5th 2010 and is stated to be almost like a sequel to the original story. While I will support this movie (only due to Anne Hathaway) I’m not sure how it will fair. On the other hand the tale of Alice in Wonderland is more then a bit trippy so over a few good tokes I’m sure I’ll be entertained.

Anna Faris married???

annafaris

Unfortunately this is true, Anna Faris and fiance b-list actor Chris Pratt (Parks & Recreation) were in Maui this weekend where they reportedly eloped. As you know Anna was married to tv producer Ben Indra for nearly 3 years when she filed for divorce on April 5th 2007 but the divorce wasn’t finalized until February 19th 2008. Chris Pratt whose never been married has to be thanking the lord that he caught Anna Faris. If you can’t comprehend how Pratt pulled this off you’re not alone but like a true magician he will never reveal his trick.

Pratt who until 08 where he landed a small roll in “Wanted” was bouncing from c-list to b-list roles, including a 9 episode role in the cancelled “O.C.”, has been picking it up as of late starring in “Bride Wars” and the fast growing hit show “Parks & Recreation” while Anna has been red hot in all sorts of comedies (House Bunny, Observe & Report) but both will be appearing in “Young Americans”. Anna also has 4 more projects in the works including the sequel to “Alvin & the Chipmunks” along side Christina Applegate & Amy Poehler (who stares with Pratt in “Parks & Recreation”) while Pratt only has 1 other movie project with “Jennifer’s Body” along side sexy herself Megan Fox & Adam Brody.

I don’t know how long this marriage will last with Anna bringing home the bacon but for the time being congrats Chris this blunt’s for you…….and Anna….. and “Parks & Recreation”

Bruno graces GQ…

Sacha Baron Cohen’s infamous gay character “Bruno”  has been everywhere recently, from appearing on the cover of GQ magazine to dressing in a Hansel and Gretel inspired outfit at the Paris premier of his new film, Brüno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Males Visibly Uncomfortable in the Presence of a Gay Foreigner in a Mesh T-Shirt. Im fuckin pumped for this movie because Borat was one of the funniest movies i’ve ever seen. Also because Cohen is usually a master at playing up stereotypes and being offensive while still allowing the audience to relate to his sentiment that, “its just a movie.” I will definitely be tokin away in a theatre on July 10th when it premiers, how about you???
